  I went into Bonobos expecting a more tailored experience, especially since the brand emphasizes fit. I was under the impression that I would be measured for sizing, but instead I was simply asked to try on a few pairs of pants. While the staff was polite, the process felt no different from a standard fitting at most retailers. Another downside is that purchases must be mailed to you rather than taken home the same day, which feels inconvenient given the premium price point. Overall, the quality is fine, but for the cost, J.Crew offers comparable quality, a better fit off the rack, and a more competitive price. Bonobos isn’t bad, but it didn’t live up to the tailored experience I was expecting.

  I had a fantastic shopping experience with Matthew and Sammie. I needed a suit on short notice, and they were able to fit me with a customized and thoughtfully “tailored” experience that made it a fun time. I got my suit at my doorstep in a few days, and in time for my event. It looked great and fit as well as the suits I tried on in-store. I can order online now with my size set up saved, but I’ll be back because my experience was so pleasant in-store.

  I’ve been interested in the Bonobos retail model and their clothing for years and finally made the leap. It’s basically a tailored fit without the tailor. During my first visit to the Hingham store I was warmly greeted by the staff. Caroline explained how it works and helped me with measurements. She was very patient as I tried on almost every style available and made recommendations on pieces I needed for an upcoming trip. Every fit was spot on. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I wish I made the leap years ago.

  I have an amazing experience everytime I shop at Bonobos here! From the moment I walked in, the store felt inviting, organized, and stylish. The clothing quality is outstanding—everything feels well-made, comfortable, and true to size. I especially loved the variety of styles they offer; whether you’re looking for something casual, professional, or trendy, there’s truly something for everyone. The customer service was just as impressive. The Samantha, Caroline and the rest of the staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They offered great suggestions without being pushy and made sure I left with pieces that fit my style perfectly. What I love most is that you are able to make a shopper profile of your sizes and previous purchases that the staff can refer to so you know the items you are selecting will fit perfectly. Overall, this is definitely one of my new favorite places to shop. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great fashion, great service, and great value.
