This store is one of the best dispensaries I’ve gone to in the coming months. The way each staff member knows each guest and there go to as a regular is really refreshing. Seeing so many false reviews left for a hardworking staff and a store with so many souls is so disappointing. The workers at Temescal know their people going in so well and are compassionate. Thank you so much for helping me out today and I am so sorry that people haven’t managed to go for a walk or touch/smoke grass 😉 Much love to the people who help me every time I’m in and keep on going my people!

This dispensary is a complete disgrace. They sell cannabis only because this country is FREE, yet their workers don’t care at all about the Constitution of the United States. That’s pure hypocrisy — they profit from freedom while spitting on the very rights that protect them.
Calling 911 on someone just for filming on a public sidewalk shows how ignorant and dangerous these people are. If you don’t respect the First Amendment, you don’t belong in business in America. Period

So, two guys from this place harass a guy and call the police on him for filming from the sidewalk. The same two guys who earn their paychecks legally because of the law. That must be the only law they know. Pretty despicable display of ego and ignorance.
Naturally, the police explain to them that the First Amendment auditor was well within his rights to film anything he can see from public. Why wouldn't the the guy who claimed "This is my store", just Google that before harassing this poor guy? They want to flex their rights yet prohibit the auditor from flexing his. On that basis, I cannot recommend this establishment.
It's flex 'em or lose 'em. The current Administration is hell bent on taking your rights away. It's up to you people.

Unfortunately, the employees of this dispensary enjoy violating the Civil Rights of Citizens OFF of their property. And then they get the local police involved. Do you REALLY want to spend your hard earned monies at a dispensary that works with law enforcement so closely? Do you REALLY trust them? I would certainly would NOT.
Plenty of wonderful establishments to patronize that honor our Constitution and the Rights it protects. Why waste your time and money here AND potentially have your information given to law enforcement?? That's just crazy. Check out the video on YouTube and see for yourself.
First Amendment Protection Agency. Guy is standing up for YOUR rights.
