I was in the ammo section, and the person you had over there, I believe it was Kyle, was AWESOME! I browsed for a little while and noticed him multiple times. He helped me a few times, and he greeted everybody and made sure people knew where to go for what. He was personable and friendly. You don't get that a lot anymore. You expect people to be in their phones, and have to track someone down before anybody helps. This guy was the exact opposite. He clearly has an "old school" work ethic. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I hell like he deserved the shout out. Keep up the great work sir!

I mean it's surely like food where there's really only a handful that own near every label on the shelves so check online as well. Pricing: was relatively fair as I checked comps on this and that as I walked the floor... Didn't appreciate the random vacation booth salesmen situated at the bottom of the only stairwell as a choke point esp. considering they REengaged us after we already declined on the way down minutes later on the way back up. doohhh

While browsing the archery department, I was subjected to a loud and graphic conversation between a man who was working in the store and a customer. The discussion centered around slavery, with comments suggesting that enslaved people “liked being slaves.” The conversation was vulgar, offensive, and completely inappropriate for a public retail environment. What made it worse was that it was happening openly and loudly, with no attempt to lower their voices or show any awareness of the people around them. At no point did any employee intervene or attempt to stop this disgusting discussion. Bass Pro Shop should be a family-friendly store. Allowing racist and inflammatory conversations to take place openly, especially without staff intervention, shows a serious lack of oversight and concern for customer comfort and safety. I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable, and it completely ruined my visit. I will not be returning unless the store takes responsibility for maintaining a respectful environment for all customers.
