- CRChiara RocheOct 31, 20251.0The customer service is far from satisfactory… the cashier i was with told me since he already scanned items he could not type my rewards in… then when i asked him to void the transaction and re do it, he said he was not able to void the transaction which is bull… and then he said well let me just void it and proceeded to tell me he was putting me aside to take another costumer and never even called a manager over to void the transaction which makes no sense due to him just saying he was voiding the transaction… sooo super job by you sir. thanks for the great costumer service… super unhappy the last few times i have gone in and bought stuff the cashiers don’t know what manners or costumer service is… and i am a bass pro credit card holder so this just make me wanna not even shop here that much due to how poor cashier are trained on basic duty’s of their job
