- YVYeny VasquezApr 2, 20261.0Fui a hacer un cambio y la muchacha estaba arrogante y distraída le dije que era solo cambiar el número de zapatos y ella me hizo un retorno me dijo que tenía que pagar los zapatos y esperas 7 días para que el retorno y como fue pedido por dordash el retorno llegó a dordash soo ese dinero solo se podía usar en esa aplicacion, y ella toda molesta me dice q no le dije que era cambio ella misma me preguntó si iba a cambiar por otro numero de zapatos o si iba a devolver y yo le respondí cambiar y aún así no comprendió que cambiar con retornar son dos cosas muy diferentes
- AXAnn XDec 21, 20252.0I never feel compelled to write reviews but wow, I had a very negative experience at this DSW that I have never had in MD, OH, or IN. I ordered boots from the Black Friday sale and unfortunately did not get the right size or really like them. I was promptly told I had damaged all 3 items even though I have only had them on my hands for 1 week since they arrived… The boxes have been sitting in the trunk of my car the last week, so I have had the items in my hands for a total of only 2 weeks. What started out as a normal interaction at the register quickly turned cold and judgmental, and ended up in having management come up to check the items. The manager approved the return, but soon after that the cashier felt compelled to me that all 3 items were marked as damaged but they would take it back anyway… lol I can tell you that I do NOT do that much walking where I can wear out 3 pairs of boots in a week. I ended up shopping around and made an online order based on another shoe I tried and liked (but they didn’t have my color in stock). However, this really left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m wary of returning to this location. The interaction felt unnecessarily accusatory and I hope staff can clarify their inspection process to make returns less uncomfortable for customers.
