The customer service is so poor that I am writing this review today to warn everyone.......I ordered an arrangement with MYLAY balloons for my mother who has a latex allergy. They delivered latex balloons to her. I called the East Longmeadow store 4 times and everyone tells me they can't do anything about it and I have to call back to talk to the manager. The manager won't come to the phone or call me back. I then called corporate and I was hung up on. I am a soft spoken mild mannered person, so am very surprised at the way they have been responding to me. Please don't waste your time or money with this store because you'll regret it.
