  I am new to the area. I shop at this store a lot having 4 daughters. I go to legacy place to do some shopping. I walk into arie and a young cashier follows me to the bra section stands behind me and says we close in 5 minutes. Meanwhile someone has taken 10 items into the fitting room. I said okay thank you. I know what I need to purchase. She proceeds to stand behind me and stare at me. I pick out my item and head to the desk and she follows. I stand in line. She says I can help you. Doesn't ask for my rewards number, doesn't give me my %10 off. She quickly throws my item into a back not even nicely and says here. Really? What about my points? My percentage off. I just stare at here. I just walked away and told myself I will deal with this tomorrow. I get online to purchase the same item to have it picked up tomorrow and it is on sale and with my discount it would have been about 18 dollars cheaper. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Is it because I am not younger she didn't think I shopped there? Rude, treated me like I was ruining her night. And did not treat me like the loyal customer I am. My family spends so much money there. I don't know this young women's name but her manager needs to speak with her.

  Nobody even said hi. I needed help but nobody was there to help. Cashier was busy

  Nice store but when calling, phone rings forever and no one ever answers.

  I went there and when I went to try something on the employee pauses and says "just so you know we close at 8" it was 8:15! That information could've been helpful earlier! I felt so embarrassed I will never go back. Why didn't they tell me??? So awkward none of the employees seem to ever take any initiative they are all so quiet.
