Everything was extremely well organized and easy to coordinate from start to finish. The dealers were especially great. They were engaging, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable playing, even those who had never tried casino games before. One detail that really stood out was that the craps dealer spoke Spanish, which made a big difference for several members of our group and helped everyone feel included. Our staff had a great time and the whole experience added a lot of energy to the event. We would absolutely use Total Entertainment again and highly recommend them for anyone planning a casino night.
