My boyfriend wanted me to order him a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on Amazon and as always I did a Google search prior to ordering and found Nordstrom Rack was selling them for half the price. He was so happy with his purchase he returned a few days later and purchased a second pair. I wanted a new pair of Clark's leather shoes or Born low leather boots for Christmas and learned they carry both brands. I went in and looked around and was about to leave but decided to check the smaller sizes and happen to find both pairs in my size (size 7) in the size 5/6 section. They were selling the same shoes/boots for 1/3 of the usual price of $155 and I got both pairs for Christmas for less than $100! I am very happy with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be back!

- DLD L.Dec 27, 20255.0After the closing of the Nordstrom Retail store at North Shore Mall, I assumed this Rack store 1/2 mile away would be difficult to checkout or return online orders. However, they do a good job with staffing registers and being aware of the line length. Unfortunately, the store's appearance inside has suffered over the last several years most likely due to less staff. The store tends to be dark, disorganized and not well maintained which makes one choose not to bother shopping this location and shop online instead or head to Portland Maine.
