    The manager, the blond larger woman is the rudest person I have ever encountered in retail. She verbally berated my daughter, humiliating her in front of a whole line of customers, leading her to cry.

    After the closing of the Nordstrom Retail store at North Shore Mall, I assumed this Rack store 1/2 mile away would be difficult to checkout or return online orders. However, they do a good job with staffing registers and being aware of the line length. Unfortunately, the store's appearance inside has suffered over the last several years most likely due to less staff. The store tends to be dark, disorganized and not well maintained which makes one choose not to bother shopping this location and shop online instead or head to Portland Maine.
