  I had a dish garden done for a funeral with fresh flowers and a bow added. It was done beautifully. Very pleased.

  I was away on vacation in Florida when I realized that I had forgotten to order Valentines roses for my 95 year old mother. I found Currans online, ordered them at 2pm and she received a beautiful bouquet around 2 hours later. Currans saved the day! Thank you!

  I have never had such a terrible experience before. The first set of flowers my aunt order were dead, and just overall not worth the money she spent. We had to order additional flowers, the day of the service. Those flowers were also falling at the bottom, the stashes were coming off. Nobody was informed of the delivery. Upon speaking to a gentleman named Paul, he claims that there was communication with one of the funeral directors. Which truthfully could be miscommunication because the funeral directors that I was speaking to in the funeral home informed me that they were never told about a delivery. We found these flowers in a garbage room. The flowers were found by a family member of mine, when I called, I was not rude. I was not hostile, but upon Paul talking over me, trying to undermine the situation. And just ignoring everything I was saying, that is where the frustration has began to sit. If you’re not going to talk with actual customer service, you should not be working in customer service. The flowers are not worth the money, the flowers are extremely small to begin with, they are disrespectful when communicating, this was for a funeral, We have never had this type of issue with any other florist ever. The lack of patience and kindness, and the lack of communication is just absurd. The fact that they automatically assume that you are lying when trying to communicate regarding the situation is also absurdity. Paul told me I could do a chargeback, but he will not be giving me a refund which made no sense whatsoever. We tried to communicate about the situation before leaving reviews. If we were met with kindness and understanding, and some type of sympathy towards the situation, I wouldn’t have even bothered to leave this with you. But since I was meant with such disrespect, disregard, and just overall rudeness coming from the person I was communicating with which again was Paul. I am leaving up this review. This isn’t about a refund, it’s the lack of care and respect. I wouldn’t have mind if he wasn’t rude, and just dismissing of the whole situation. All the reviews I see regarding this place has to do for just gifts and small events. If you’re planning a funeral, I wouldn’t suggest them.
