  I’m a medical patient by the way .“Bait and Switch”!! That’s the recent experience I had at the Chicopee store. They had a product on the menu at a very good price. When I asked for it the bud tender said they were have troubles labeling it to comply with CCC regs. I said no problem just give a rain check or a similar product for the same price. The bud tender again checked with management and the best they could do was give a product that was similar in size but not quality. I left the without purchasing anything and my stress level was thru the roof. I returned to the store today and ask to speak directly to a manager with the hopes I would get some type of satisfaction as result of my horrendous experience from the previous day. Much to my dismay the manager showed very little sympathy or compassion for my situation. Again I left the store empty handed and stressed. I soon left Chicopee and ventured across the river to Affinity in West Springfield. I had a very pleasant experience and bought a variety of different products at a great price. The people working at Affinity were a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate face of Theory Wellness.
