  Manager I’d assume or shift supervisor gave me a difficult time on something no other location has ever had an issue with. I was retuning something with receipt and tag attached at the 50 day mark. Every other store in the area has been friendly and never raised an issue with doing that for store credit. Here she acted as if that was crazy to expect and insisted the can not do that and that I must spend the full amount in store that day or not at all. This has never been said to me and I shop here once a month minimum so I was suprised but apparently this location specifically abides by that policy. They also have the worst sizing selection of any store in the area. Save yourself the headache and go to any of the other nearby locations 😂

  My First Experience In A Lululemon Store Was Amazing Thanks To Elise & Alexandra!! Elise Helped Me Find What I Needed She Even Gave Me Advice After I Tried On What I Wanted, & Alexandra Was At The Register & Was Sooo Nice Gave Me All The Information I Needed . I Just Want To Say Thank You It Really Made My Experience Perfect!! Has Me Not Wanting To Go To Any Other Lululemon . Sometimes Great Customer Service Is Hard To Come By So Once Again Thank You Ladies Please Continue To Be Awesome .

  Go to another location, they refused to refund on to the original form of payment offering a gift card only. Items were final sale but I will tell you all others stores process returns to original form of payment just fine!
