Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Very helpful staff. Owen took time to help me find the right clothing for my size and order me the pair I needed

Go to another location, they refused to refund on to the original form of payment offering a gift card only. Items were final sale but I will tell you all others stores process returns to original form of payment just fine!

The staff member working in the back near the changing rooms, the one wearing the Lululemon hat, was extremely rude. He kept rolling his eyes when customers asked questions and sighed loudly whenever someone requested help. His attitude really brought down the whole shopping experience. If you want to try things on without feeling judged, it is better to visit a different location.

The worst customer service I have encountered in retail sales. Initially, I had called their general number looking for an answer. The first "customer service" person hung up on me. The second one forwarded my call to the Chestnut Hill store. Since then, I must have called the store at least 5 times and couldn't get anyone to answer the call. Considering how fierce the competition is in athleisure retail space, I am surprised how poor Lulu's customer service is. Alo is half a block away, and Athleta is across the street. Both companies' customer service departments are far superior, while the merchandise is of comparable quality and prices are similar.
