  I was doing a somewhat complicated return at this store— Exchanging a few clothing articles gifted by my family over Christmas without a gift receipt. I was promptly greeted at the register by Sophia and Bridget, both managers, who initiated the return process. Next, I met with Molly, the store director, who walked me through the process of tracing back the actual purchase history. Finally, I met with Rose— a sales associate who helped me pick out what I would actually wear in the long run. I typically do not interact with the sales team in retail stores. I prefer to come in with an idea of what I want, get that, and get out. That said, Rose was extremely helpful in this last step of my visit, mentioning that she had sons of her own and guiding me through the process of picking out clothes that I will actually wear! Finally, a quick shout-out to Maryann (whom I did not interact with directly, but observed from a distance) for performing the front-door screening for people headed into the store. The team worked together efficiently— like a well-oiled machine— tracing back thru the steps of the return successfully and making it to the finish line. Very professional and I will be shopping here again!
