  I was shopping for a friends birthday and usually this is my go-to brand & I love The Street. I was so turned off as the staff were sitting on the counter, feet up and couldn't even look up from their phones when I walked in. No greeting, no assistance. Whatever staff change they've had in the last year is not great! I maybe stayed for 10min and left. I was so appalled & shocked that the girl stayed on the counter and that this is allowed, I had to snap a picture. At least now the plaza has more options for jewelry...I ended up finding some cute earrings at Splendid and at least I got help there.

  I had a very pleasant experience here Purchasing a necklace. The jewelry they have is very high-quality and very diverse. I had so many options to choose from that were in a very good price point. The staff I was working there at the time was very patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge surrounding jewelry. She was an immense help when it came to making a decision and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend searching here when it comes to buying high-quality jewelry for yourself or someone you love!

  I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had during a recent visit to your Chestnut Hill store. I visited with my mother to exchange a necklace I had received as a gift. When we walked in, the only associate present was helping another customer. I explained to her why I was there, and she told me I was free to look around for a replacement — which I did. About 15 minutes later, the other customer left without making a purchase, and the associate finally checked in with me. In about 2 mins total I asked a few questions, told her I had made my replacement selection, and she asked if I wanted a fresh new item. I said yes — I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t. As I waited for her to retrieve the new piece, I noticed she began helping another customer who had just entered. Then, while I was waiting at the register, she asked if she could process this other woman’s transaction first because she was in a rush. I responded that we were in a rush ourselves, so yes I did mind. Despite that, she went ahead and helped the other customer anyway. That transaction ran into issues, and the customer had to go to her car to retrieve something, so I guess she wasn’t in that much of a rush. Only then did the associate finally return to process my transaction — without so much as an apology for the delay or the disregard shown. The whole experience felt unprofessional and frankly, quite disrespectful. I left the store feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address this situation internally so other customers aren’t treated the same way.
