- SSstephanieDec 31, 20251.0First we walked right into store and weren’t greeted by anyone until we walked to the back of the store and a gentlemen finally offered to help us. As we were shopping the other workers didn’t even try to help us but instead kept telling us that they were closing soon as if they didn’t already repeat that to us many times before. When walking out we were trying to go quick to leave because we understood that they were closing soon but there is absolutely no reason anyone should be rushing us to leave their store. Even when we were walking out of the store no one said have a good night or goodbye just looks, besides from the one guy that helped us the whole time. Overall this locations customer service was horrible and will not be returning again. I would also like to add that the girls at the register said “ they need to leave this is a waste of my time and I’m just trying to go home but these people don’t leave.” this is exactly what they said when i was right in front of them helping fix some shorts that were messed up. This was very messed up and I’m very unpleased.

This employee, Dianna, was so helpful, I could genuinely see the joy she got from helping me with my first experience. Everyone needs to have the patience and enthusiasm this girl has when it comes to helping people.
