  This has been the absolute worst experience ever. My first time ordering as well. I made my order at 12:41 pm on 4/7/2026 for one hour delivery. At 2:20 pm I spoke with the store and was told it went out for delivery at 1:36 pm. The GPS showed it sitting in the same spot and I was told the GPS doesn’t update. I then requested a cancellation and they refused stating it was out for delivery already. I then requested corporate number and was given the wrong number. After getting the correct number at 2.41 pm, 2 hrs after ordering, I requested that corporate cancel my order. After stating that they would my order was finally delivered at 4:30 pm almost 4 hrs after delivering. Again I contacted corporate and they stated I would get a refund for delivery but it was done through the store. I also requested a refund for the 11.85$ tip in which corporate stated they submitted it. I was told that someone drone the store would be calling me today and refunding my delivery fee. After not hearing from anyone I called corporate again. He stated he had to call the store and he then got on the phone and stated that Jay at the store will only give me a partial refund because it was still delivered on the same day. I requested multiple times from Jay and corporate that this order be canceled and they still decided to deliver it after having the cake sitting in the van for 3 hours. The strawberries and cake weren’t even cold and the delivery location was 25 minutes from the store at most. Jay should not be working there if he can’t to a minimum and cancel the order as requested at 2:20 pm. I would NEVER order again from ANY location. I’m going to contact the BOH as food should of been delivered right away.
