- CFChristian Fragoso1 day ago1.0Horrible experience. I purchased Meta gen 2 glasses and after the glasses kept disconnecting the day after I got them I attempted to return to this store. They told me that since the glasses would not connect they would not let me return them and would only let me exchange. The return policy only does not allow returns if the glasses are damaged, not faulty software as was the case from mine. The manager was extremely rude, I will be returning the glasses at another location and never coming back to this store.

They helped to customize a pair of prescription sunglasses for me, made sure the fit was perfect, and are happy to have me back in if I have any more adjustments to make or any additional questions. The service was fast and they work with my EyeMed insurance directly so my claim was super easy. I recommend checking them out if you are in the market!
