  Woman there didn't know what a watch pushpin was. Told me to bring it in for repair. Told her the watch didn't need repair, that I just wanted to buy a push pin. She put me on hold, and a man came on and didn't want to give me a price, Said "it depends on the length of the pin." He finally said "$10.00." Told him the watch cost only $18, and internet said avareage price of pin was $1.00-2.99. He said, "then buy it there." Told him it was a generic price. He said: "I just told you 10 times what the price was. Bring it in and I'll measure it." I don't thonk so.

  Finally had the opportunity to travel into Cambridge to repair a broken necklace clasp. It’s clear with the truly exceptional service I received by the entire team, that this business has been around as long as it has been, with the greatest feedback and reputation due to their tremendous knowledge and experience with jewelry rather than just making a sale. I’m left with no reason to shop elsewhere as they earn your trust and loyalty. My family and friends near and far will be reaching out to Pachecos Jewelers going forward. These days you can buy/sell/repair jewelry so many different ways. They haven’t lost touch with the most important, building rapport with the customer, listening and offering suggestions that align with ultimate customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will be dropping my other necklaces and bracelets off to have the clasps done on those. I feel comfortable knowing that they can be trusted with any items that are brought in and rest assured the work being done is in house and of the most superior workmanship. Thank you to the entire Pacheco Jewelers team.

  Me & my family have been coming here for 30+ years. The owners are so nice and helpful when needing to repair a piece of jewelry or even when you're in search for a new piece. Very professionally done.

  I lost a small ruby out of an old ring that has sentimental value. Pacheco not only replaced the stone,he redid all the worn prongs on the ring. It look like new. It looks so amazing...thank you
