  good store but customer service is very forgetful. multiple times i have had people not remove the security tag on clothes. the first few times, i didn't notice until days later, almost right before the event. then i had to spend time driving to either this location or another, and asking them to take off the tag. it may seem like a small inconvenience but i do not want to be doing these things the days before a big event where i need this dress!

  I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes to use the fitting room, and instead of anyone acknowledging the wait or offering assistance, I was asked to leave the store before 6:00 PM. The first employee told me the store was closing in five minutes and asked me to leave. I waited a minute or two, hoping to finish quickly, but then another employee came and told me to leave as well. At that point, it still wasn’t even 6:00 PM. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. A simple apology or some understanding of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead they kicked me out.

  I found a dress I liked but I wasn't able to find it in the size I wanted. Yasmine (I think that's how you spell it) was SUPER SWEET and helped me order it online to my house--and the shipping was free. 10/10 customer service (:

  Alana the manager is the is the epitome of exceptional customer service. She is an absolute delight! As a regular, it definitely makes me happy to see her when I come in.
