Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. Today, I came back for a small adjustment on the glasses, and Esperanza assisted me. She was also wonderfully sweet, helpful, and professional!

Me and my friend were interested in the meta ai ray bands, and Amanda was so nice and provided us with all the information that we needed to know about the sunglasses! She was nice enough that we showed up right at close as the doors were being shut and she was more than welcoming to let us in! Even with the store being closed she was giving us as much time as we needed and helping us out with everything and we really appreciated the kindness and help! Thank you so much Amanda we are going to enjoy these awesome sunglasses and will for sure reference you and the hut to our friends!!!

How am I going to order glasses for 2 hour pick up and show up to 2 people who have not a clue what day it is never mind anything about my order. I have one lady in one store tell me on the email receipt that the AREA CODE of Burlington was the store number the glasses were ordered from… Then the one in the next store tells me she can’t access the online orders only managers can and there’s no manager here… So I gotta drive back and forth 90 miles 2 separate days to HOPEFULLY get the order I already paid for that amazingly nobody knows anything about even with confirmation emails.
