They sourced the stones and allowed me to choose the perfect one. Then their design team made a 3D CAD model of the ring. I was able to review the design and request changes until everything was perfect. The entire process was welcoming, quick, and fair priced. All the pricing was very transparent and fair. They also clean the ring whenever we come into the store. If you need an engagement ring, this is the place to go!
