Which she took. Her looks towards me and response to me was mean!!! When I talked to the supervisor, all she could tell me was they so overwhelmed with work and she will tell the manager!!!! The cashier started smirking and said something was “strange,” then called another employee. Without explaining anything to me, they changed the price while I was standing there, confused about what was happening. When I asked for the manager, Rossitza, she told me that a customer must have changed the price tag, implying that I had done it. This was an insulting and baseless assumption. No effort was made to check the store’s CCTV, which would clearly show that I did not alter anything. I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel as if I was doing something dishonest, when I simply tried to purchase the item as displayed. This was unprofessional, unnecessary, and embarrassing. Customers deserve to be spoken to clearly and respectfully, not accused. I will be reporting this incident to Nordstrom Customer Care as well.
