He wasn't pushy. I mentioned I was looking for a specific sweater, and instead of pretending they had it, he said honestly, “We’re not going to have that, but go online.” That kind of honesty and professionalism is rare. He also shared a fragrance sample that he liked and introduced us to the Creed counter, where another young woman associate was just as wonderful. This was on a quiet weekday, but they were happy to be there. It felt like the classic Nordstrom experience — genuine, helpful, and memorable. Matt (and the young woman at the Creed counter) truly deserves to be recognized for outstanding service. Visit date: October 2025
