Gio went above and beyond with helping us in the dressing room. She probably grabbed 15 leggings in total for us to both try on… she is terrific and truly helped make this process enjoyable and easier.

The online return policy clearly suggests that stores have discretion in accepting returns past the 30 days. This store wouldn’t work with me to exchange for the right size. All new with tags on within 60 days and with receipt. The test of customer service is how they treat the customer. They failed here and want to try to rely on a policy that as stated gives them flexibility and they chose not to use it. It’s also not good for them, as other customers and workers saw the smile as she said no. I’m sure they gave their reasons. Now I have a reason not to buy LL again.
