  Lucas at Long’s Jewelry is absolutely the best. He went above and beyond and truly surprised me with a beautiful Datejust 41 for my dad. The entire experience was smooth, personal, and unforgettable. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in making special moments happen. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for an important purchase, Lucas is your guy. Highly recommend!

  Long’s Jewelers in Burlington provides the best service and customer experience in the area. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the staff and working specifically with Luke. From our very first interaction, Luke has been fantastic to work with—patient, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about watches. Through his extensive knowledge and expertise on Rolex, I’ve learned so much more about the brand, and valuable insights into specific models that truly helped me make an informed decision. I’m very pleased that I recently received a personal call from him and was able to purchase a watch that holds deep personal meaning to me. Highly recommend Long’s in Burlington and asking for Luke if interested in Rolex. You’ll be in great hands!

  I stopped into Long’s in Burlington today to inquire about purchasing a Rolex and had an excellent experience working with Ryan. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through different Rolex models while asking thoughtful questions about the occasion (I’m looking to commemorate starting my business.) Although there wasn’t Rolex inventory available at the moment, Ryan clearly explained the process and made me feel confident I was in the right place when the right piece becomes available. The experience was professional, welcoming, and personal from start to finish. I’m looking forward to working with him and the Long’s team.

  I had made my first visit to Longs this past spring. I had my eye on a very specific Rolex for the past few years, but had never made the move of visiting any of their authorized dealers. I was looking for a watch to commemorate being cancer free, which would be official in the fall of 2025. My second visit to Longs in November, after being fully cleared of cancer, I went in and was thankfully greeted by Tyler Ruggiero, who walked me through the whole process. I tried on multiple models as we discussed which would be best for daily wear with my wrist size and dress style, taking note of Tylers input. After registering my interest I was told he would sincerely see what he could do for me, as he knew it was going to be a very sentimental watch. Today (2/4/2026) only weeks later, I stopped by again to pick up my new Rolex. The whole process was extremely smooth. Longs is now solidified as my destination for all timepieces. What an awesome crew! I look forward to seeing the friendly people at Longs again soon!

  There isn’t enough room on the internet for me to write all the positive things I have to say about my experiences with Tyler at Long’s Jewelers in Burlington. He is exemplary in offering unparalleled customer service. When I walk into the store, he treats me like more than just a customer. He listens and remembers, which can’t be easy with so many people crossing the threshold of a busy establishment. He has been a steadfast and caring guide on my journey to obtaining my dream timepiece, and I can’t thank him enough for making my dream become a reality. If you are looking for a place to start your journey or continue one you are already on, do yourself a favor and visit the caring people at Long’s.
