  Amazing! We loved working with Longs. The staff is so nice and they clean my engagement ring every time we come in! We got my wedding band there and it was custom-fit to my engagement ring!

  Terrific experience buying an estate sale ring for my wife and a watch for myself. Highly recommend Ryan, who helped me with my purchase. He is a true watch enthusiast and it was a pleasure to talk about watches and work with him. Also highly recommend Tyler, another watch enthusiast and a pleasure to chat with. We’ll continue coming to Long’s in the future!

  Today my fiance purchased his dream Rolex from Longs. Tyler and Lucas were consummate professionals, making the process smooth and special for him. They even took the time to educate us about the watch and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Highly recommend going to them for any of your watch needs!

  Sevan is the absolute best. I bought a beautiful engagement ring from her, and she subsequently helped procure my dream watch for me to wear at my wedding. Not only that, but any time I need other jewelry taken care of, she always gets it done with the utmost quality and care. Sevan has my business for life, and I will never buy jewelry from anybody else. Go see her and she will take incredible care of you!

  Same experience as someone below. I have been waiting since 2021 (!) for my next Rolex watch from Long's and have yet to receive a phone call. I even asked to be considered for one to celebrate a special birthday a couple of years ago and they didn't even care to fulfill my request. The numerous trips there (I've lost count) where it takes an hour there and an hour back just to try and build a "relationship" have gone unnoticed. This is the same with their Braintree location as well. It's pretty bad that we as buyers have to go to these low levels just to purchase a "luxury item". However, when it comes to making a sale with jewelry, they will make sure to do their very best to push this sale on you, and only then is when you can "maybe" purchase a Rolex if they now know you are purchasing jewelry. I was "lucky" enough to purchase a Rolex from them in 2021 at their boutique during their opening from their owner with the promise that I would purchase a ring. From that day until the end of 2021, I was contacted a few times after this asking about this ring purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds to do so at the time, but I did make several donations to organizations on behalf of the owner. In 2022, I finally made this ring purchase in April, a ring that has had several diamonds that have been lost and repairs needed because of the poor quality of it. However, I guess this purchase wasn't enough to start a relationship. I guess I needed to buy more. From 2022 until now, I have just wasted my time (theirs too I guess) and fuel with the amount of trips that I have made to their Burlington, Braintree, and Boston stores. So with all of this said, the game that they play continues where they are the ones who lost out with jewelry purchases that I decided not to make with them. Thanks for all of the waters and coffees that I received over the years!
