Same experience as someone below. I have been waiting since 2021 (!) for my next Rolex watch from Long's and have yet to receive a phone call. I even asked to be considered for one to celebrate a special birthday a couple of years ago and they didn't even care to fulfill my request. The numerous trips there (I've lost count) where it takes an hour there and an hour back just to try and build a "relationship" have gone unnoticed. This is the same with their Braintree location as well. It's pretty bad that we as buyers have to go to these low levels just to purchase a "luxury item". However, when it comes to making a sale with jewelry, they will make sure to do their very best to push this sale on you, and only then is when you can "maybe" purchase a Rolex if they now know you are purchasing jewelry. I was "lucky" enough to purchase a Rolex from them in 2021 at their boutique during their opening from their owner with the promise that I would purchase a ring. From that day until the end of 2021, I was contacted a few times after this asking about this ring purchase. Unfortunately, I didn't have the funds to do so at the time, but I did make several donations to organizations on behalf of the owner. In 2022, I finally made this ring purchase in April, a ring that has had several diamonds that have been lost and repairs needed because of the poor quality of it. However, I guess this purchase wasn't enough to start a relationship. I guess I needed to buy more. From 2022 until now, I have just wasted my time (theirs too I guess) and fuel with the amount of trips that I have made to their Burlington, Braintree, and Boston stores. So with all of this said, the game that they play continues where they are the ones who lost out with jewelry purchases that I decided not to make with them. Thanks for all of the waters and coffees that I received over the years!

Wanted to give a shoutout to Douglas at Long's in Burlington! He was very patient with me while showing a great piece I was interested in. Had a great time talking to him about our travels, the jewelry industry, and the Long's brand...he even had one of my rings cleaned!
