  Awesome mall, all the good stores. You will find everything you need, and some things you don't but just have to have. Great food court, plenty of restaurants. Decorated beautifly for Christmas, Santa is there and he looks marvelous. They have the cute little race car strollers for rent to help with tired little ones. The atmosphere is festive right now, the stores are decorated for Christmas and everyone seems to be in a great mood. The mall is excedingly clean, including the restrooms and there are plenty of family restrooms. There also is a good amound of wheelchair parking and accessability as well as elevators. There is a ton of parking, but it is still always quite a challenge at this mall ... a little patience goes a long way.

  Working and going to this mall for years. One of the better malls of a dying breed. One major flaw is they seem to mess with the escalators alot. One day they aren't working and the next day they are with no maintenance. Almost like they control the flow of traffic.

  I recently visited Burlington Mall, downtown Indianapolis to return a snow coat I bought for my child. We used it. Unfortunately, the zipper on the coat was faulty, and when I attempted to return it, I encountered some difficulties due to store policies. While I understand the need for these rules, I was disappointed by the cashier’s attitude. I felt humiliated by her comments, which were unprofessional and inappropriate. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected. Please remove those kind of people and give job to the people who are in need and have good communication. I hope Burlington can improve their customer service and ensure that all shoppers are treated with kindness and respect. The way she laughed at me. I can’t even forget.

  I’ve been coming to this mall for decades. There are many more stores there now, which is great for selection, however, and this is a big one, I could not find a single directory, not one. There were giant displays that ran ads, but nothing to indicate where you can find anything specific. I felt like I was going in circles, and had to stop and ask shop owners if they knew where it was. Even they mostly had no idea. I found what I was looking for by using Waze, seriously. Please add something, anything to help.
