  I was working today for a delivery service. I was suppose to be doing a pickup today at this location. When I arrive, I noticed two people were standing outside the door of this business hoping to get inside the building so they can do their pickups. I got out of my car confused because the door was locked, the lights were off. So I checked online to see if the store was supposed to be open, and it in fact said it was open! This was around 3pm…..so I called and no one answered. I was highly disappointed. I had a pickup at this location and 2 other people had pickups at this location also. We were all working and very disappointed at the fact the store decided to CLOSE EARLY without warning. We loss money because of this. We also wasted our gas money and time. On behalf of all food delivery drivers who pickups at this location PLEASE let us know if you’re closing early so we don’t get screwed over on our gas, money, and time. Gas is way too expensive for drivers to be burning their money on stores that aren’t even open. Please have courtesy next time to make a simple phone call to the companies you partnership with for delivery services and let them know you’re closing early so there’s no misunderstanding. Thank you

  payed 20 dollars for one hour delivery and they did not deliver it at all. i’ve contacted support as well and no answer. insane that i payed that much money just for horrible customer service and NOT EVEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. If there was an issue with delivering today I should have at the very least gotten a call from the store but nope, nothing at all just says store has received your order but they’ve been closed!! it’s also crazy because i ordered the one hour delivery over an hour before closing… so there should be no problem there…

  Worse place ever! My boyfriend orders a valentines day surprise from them. He got confirmation that the order was ready. He went to the store, and the staff told him they couldn't find his order in the system and he needed to call corporate. He calls, and corporate can find his order. They provided him with information to give to the staff so they could find the order. So he goes back inside and gives them the information that corporate just gave him. They still didn't find the order but dared to call him a LIAR. What doesn't make any sense is how corporate is able to find the order but not the incompetent staff in the store. The girl then proceeds to go to her manager and continues to call my boyfriend a liar. Thankfully corporate sent his order to another store to be filled. But the staff there are extremely lazy and rude. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

  I’m telling EVERYBODY NOW DO NOT ORDER FRUIT OR ANYTHING FROM HERE!! NOT FOR VALENTINES DAY NOT FOR NOTHING THEY SERVED MOLDY STRAWBERRIES TO A HIGH RISK PREGNANT WOMAN!! !!!!!! STARTED CUSSING AT ME SHE LOOKED IN IT SEEN IT AND KNEW IT WSS MOLDY! YOU GUYS ARE DONE!

  Wish I read the Google reviews prior to ordering. Sent a delivery to a friend, they never attached the note, or the extras that I was charged for. She had to call the store to ask who sent it, when I included a message and paid for additional items that weren't included. I would avoid ordering from them at all costs and just send something from Harry and David who has never let me down.
