I was provided all details and information about my order. I was originally upstairs when the young lady did not seem helpful so I left. The young lady was texting on her phone while I was asking a question and did not seem to care for customers. I went to the downstairs Sunglass hut which was a better customer experience, thank you to the ladies downstairs!
