  I was extremely excited to go to Longs and check out their engagement rings. I had a few recommendations to go here and left disappointed. I went by myself and believe I was 110% treated differently than the surrounding couples there at the same time as me. Aside from having to wait and not be acknowledge, the gentlemen helping me never introduced himself, never asked me a single question, left me to be the one to guide the conversation and what I was looking for and just made me feel like a burden and a customer not worth helping for whatever reason. This experience was supposed to be exciting and fun and i left extremely disappointed.

  Went to Long's Braintree for their Vintage Event and was amazed at the quality of pieces, selection, and prices. Karen was a great help, patient, and was so kind helping me choose the best piece for me. Another great experience at Longs and hope they do another Vintage Event soon- the whole store had a really impressive selection and the team was very welcoming! Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience working with Michael. He was easy to deal with, straightforward, and actually listened to what I was looking. He even stopped by my restaurant, which I didn’t realize at the time, but definitely says a lot about how he builds relationships. When the right watch came in, he reached out and made the whole process simple. Really appreciate it and look forward to working with him again.

  For my 70th Birthday I was fully intent on rewarding myself with something significant to recognize 70 years of a successful and wonderful life … as my wife called it, a Lifetime Achievement Award. The Long’s staff were enormously helpful in guiding my choice. For many years I’ve admired great watches. I did a lot of research online, but knew I needed to feel them on my wrist, ask questions and make comparisons before making a decision. Long’s Jewelers has a stellar reputation, so I went there first. And, because of their wide selection and expertise, I was able to settle on the perfect Tag Heuer. A special shoutout to Lior and Jeff (and my wife whose gift it was) who patiently guided me through the process. I walked out that same day with a watch I will treasure for the rest of my wonderful life!

  I’ve now purchased two Rolex watches from this authorized dealer, and both experiences have been outstanding. A couple of months ago, I worked with David to purchase a Rolex for my father, and I returned today for another purchase to celebrate a personal milestone. David has been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He communicates clearly and really makes the whole process feel comfortable and collaborative. John also assisted during the purchase, helping with the fitting and sharing some of the history and key moments of Rolex in a way that was both informative and engaging. He brought a great sense of humor and a warm, welcoming, family like demeanor that made the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the culture of the team. Everyone works well together, and they’ve created an environment that genuinely makes customers feel like part of that culture. The entire buying process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to Long's !!
