I went to the store to exchange my Prada sunglasses that was broken for the second time, and before meeting Andrea, I had been treated very poorly by two other sales associates. I left feeling frustrated and desapointed.when I returned Andrea greeted me with kindness from the very first moment She listened to my situation with patient and empathy, and even help me to find my receipt when others didint even try! She went to above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved soot smoodly. Because of her professionalism and genuine care,I not only exchanged my sunglasses without stress - I even ended up buying a second pair! I left the store happy and completely satisfied.
