- BBBrendan BartuccaJun 13, 20251.0Today I went to Sunglass Hut to return a pair of Meta Ray-Bans, and the woman working at the store told me I was not allowed to return these glasses since I programmed them to my phone. Although the glasses met the criteria (purchased under 30 days), I was not allowed to return them because "my data could not able to be deleted, and it is a security issue". I then called the location where I purchased them, and they told me this information was incorrect, and I can absolutely return them, and that they return these glasses all the time. I was even recommended to write a review since the information given to me was incorrect. On top of that, the woman working was not helpful whatsoever. I mentioned to her I might as well look around the store for some glasses, but she just looked at me and had no urgency to help me purchase a pair. I highly recommend choosing an alternate location to receive a pair of glasses.
