The mall is clean and well maintained, and there’s plenty of space to walk and browse. Because it’s a large and busy mall, it can feel crowded and stimulating at peak times, but the layout is clear and easy to follow once you’re oriented. Parking can take a little patience depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a solid option when you want variety and convenience in one stop.

Unfortunately couldn't go in 3 stores because they were not open over an hour after the mall opened. Wish the mall required the tenants to open when the mall opens. As a customer it is disappointing when the mall opens at a certain time, yet stores are not required to be open. You shouldn't have to check each and every store. Maintenance is lacking. Multiple escalators down and even 1 elevator. With a mall this size it makes it difficult to shop in a manor that makes sense with so many broken escalators and elevators. Allowing stores to pick and choose their hours and ignoring maintenance issues is usually the start of a dieing mall, yet this mall looks far from dieing right now.
