  Very professional at Long's, and Peter was absolutely the best! He helped me through the whole process of picking the perfect band and stone, and explained the difference in each stone and their qualities which were all amazing but he helped me find the ONE my fiance would love forever! Peter was kind, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable and I'd recommend him to anyone for his expertise. He was also very flexible in making the time work for me too. Thank you Peter for all your knowledge and help. God bless

  For my 70th Birthday I was fully intent on rewarding myself with something significant to recognize 70 years of a successful and wonderful life … as my wife called it, a Lifetime Achievement Award. The Long’s staff were enormously helpful in guiding my choice. For many years I’ve admired great watches. I did a lot of research online, but knew I needed to feel them on my wrist, ask questions and make comparisons before making a decision. Long’s Jewelers has a stellar reputation, so I went there first. And, because of their wide selection and expertise, I was able to settle on the perfect Tag Heuer. A special shoutout to Lior and Jeff (and my wife whose gift it was) who patiently guided me through the process. I walked out that same day with a watch I will treasure for the rest of my wonderful life!

  I’ve now purchased two Rolex watches from this authorized dealer, and both experiences have been outstanding. A couple of months ago, I worked with David to purchase a Rolex for my father, and I returned today for another purchase to celebrate a personal milestone. David has been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He communicates clearly and really makes the whole process feel comfortable and collaborative. John also assisted during the purchase, helping with the fitting and sharing some of the history and key moments of Rolex in a way that was both informative and engaging. He brought a great sense of humor and a warm, welcoming, family like demeanor that made the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the culture of the team. Everyone works well together, and they’ve created an environment that genuinely makes customers feel like part of that culture. The entire buying process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to Long's !!

  came here today just to see some rolex watches the older gentleman i forgot his name i think its “Jeff” make me very uncomfortable the way he speaks to me after he finds out I’ve purchased my first Rolex at Long jewelers in Boston Newbury this gentlemen makes me feel like i dont know anything about watches and i shouldn’t visit they’re location and just wasting his time will never go back here very unprofessional I don't recommend going to this place if you’re in boston area the long jewelers boston newbury still has the best service

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Long’s Jewelers in Braintree. The level of service and professionalism was excellent from start to finish. Lisa Cedrone was our main contact and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly diligent in helping us find the right piece. What stood out most was how attentive she was throughout the process—she really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us thoughtfully without ever making it feel rushed. Jeff was also very helpful and supportive along the way, and together they made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Long’s has always stood out to me for the way they treat their clients—with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Lisa and Jeff were wonderful to work with, and we truly appreciated their help. I would absolutely recommend Long’s Jewelers in Braintree to anyone looking for excellent service and a great experience.
