I live 45 mins away and only came to this location once this year which was August 16, 2025. The young men who was completely my return was kind and called for management. He returned all my other items but the 1. I waited 5 to 6 mins and the young man once again went to see if he could reach management. He was told they were in a meeting, if I could wait 15 mins. I agreed and waited 25 mins and once again no manager came. They paged them again and they wanted me to wait some more. I expressed I came from another state and need to return to pick up my kids. Now I'm stuck with an item I no longer need. Management needs to do better with time management. Customers shouldn't have to wait more than 5 to 10 mins.

Primark has a No Refund/Exchange without a receipt policy. That policy isn't posted anywhere in the store. The manager told me the policy is on the receipt. I should have been made aware of such a drastic policy before making the purchase. I am very disappointed in a company as large as Primark. They don't have the option available to email customers the receipt at time of purchase. They are not honest up front of their policies.
