  I used to have a great experience with Long’s Jewelers, largely because we worked with Brandy, who was outstanding. She always returned calls promptly, followed up on emails, and made the entire buying process feel professional and personal. She truly represented the level of service you expect from a luxury retailer. Unfortunately, after she left, our account was reassigned to another representative who has been extremely unresponsive. Despite purchasing three watches within a six-month period, we can no longer get a return call or even a reply to emails. That’s very disappointing, especially considering the level of business we’ve brought to the store. Luxury purchases should come with luxury service. Right now, the lack of communication makes it feel like once the sale is done, the relationship no longer matters. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and restores the level of customer care they once provided.

  What an incredible experience! The customer service was impressive. I was there with my wife and daughter, and the staff was not only attentive, they were kind. I received a watch I have been thinking about for some time. The process was smooth and actually fun. I will be back and can’t recommend them enough! There are so many stories of Authorized Dealers (AD’s) that treat customers with no respect and care only about purchase history. Not the case here at all. I was in town to see my daughter and things kind of happened last second. I tried to schedule an appointment but everything was booked. So I was a walk in. While waiting a young teenager asked for a catalog which they got for him with no hesitation. I was able to see him high-five his father and give a little fist bump as they then continued down the street. Made his day. They were all great.

  I would like to thank SA - Angel V. and the entire team for a great experience my son and I had after we visited the store last March 26 , starting with the 2 gentlemen at the front lobby who welcomed and talk to us professionally and politely , and introduced us to Angel Vargas who listened, spent time talking to us, and provided good information on the desired watch I'm interested , he was really professional, courteous and polite and really took his time explaining things Just want to extend my huge thanks and appreciation to your effort Angel and will be looking forward to my Rolex journey with you guys at Longs Boutique Marvin A. from Santa Clara, CA 95051

  This is not my first Rolex purchase, but the exceptional experience Marc provided is a first. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to talk to — that much goes without saying. But the truly remarkable part is his expectation management. He is transparent about timelines, follow-ups, and delivery, so there is never a moment where you wonder, "Has my request been forgotten?" You can always find a message from Marc — whether by email or text — reminding you that you're in good hands. The Day-Date is wonderful, but the experience of acquiring it is even better.

  Had an excellent experience at Rolex Boston. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. Matt in particular was outstanding—he took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly. His attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out, and he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The showroom is beautiful, and the overall experience truly reflects the Rolex brand. I especially appreciated the level of service and care from the entire staff. If you’re looking for a luxury watch and a top-tier buying experience, I highly recommend Rolex Boston. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!
