I went to return a pair of Meta glasses I purchased online, and the worker initially tried to send me to a non–Ray-Ban store or to the Cambridge location. They claimed they couldn’t process the return because they didn’t have an optician, which didn’t make sense—especially since the website states that returns must be handled by official Ray-Ban stores.
Before leaving, I called the Cambridge location, and they clarified the policy, confirmed the return could be done there, and had the worker complete the return. This saved me time and money by avoiding an unnecessary trip.

I went to the Ray-Ban store because my glasses were too loose and needed a small fix. The employee told me they couldn’t help because of a “law in Massachusetts,” which didn’t make sense to me.
I felt frustrated because this is a simple adjustment. It would be better if they were honest and said it was store policy instead of blaming a law.
I expected better customer service.

Great stores service, the workers David and Jeshua were super helpful and guided me to get the best product. I totally recommend coming here. They have the best sunglasses.
