  I got my spouse a gorgeous IWC watch. Greetings to Mr. Sully whose help was top-notch! He outshone every other shop with his care and expertise and made three new IWC fans (the third one is on its way!) This place makes you feel a perfect blend of luxury and a welcoming vibe. A memorable experience. Highly recommend!

  Truly wonderful experience, sales consultant Sully is very knowledgeable and just wants you to have what you want , no sales pressure. Watch price point to quality is one of the best in watch manufacturing. Stop in and ask for Sully, you will not be disappointed and will most likely leave with a new watch, that is how terrific this boutique is

  We had a fantastic experience with Sully in the boutique. He was extremely hospitable and introduced my partner and me to IWC's various collections. The experience with Sully definitely made two new IWC fans, and my partner is actually looking at the website for her favourites right now! Sully also gave us a small gift for Chinese New Year, which will actually be very useful and used in an upcoming wedding

  The men and women at IWC Boston were exceptional and were a driving reason behind my purchase last week. My sales representative, Sully, and other team members immediately made me feel welcome once I walked into the store. I had spent the day walking around other shops and I can confidently say, hands down, that IWC offered the best service. Not only is the product amazing, but the experience is exceptional. They worked WITH my budget, recommended products that fit my guidelines and preferences, and even stayed late to make sure my watch fit perfectly so I could wear it out. Thank you to the IWC team and Sully. You made a lifelong customer!
