  Went in to browse and look at bags, did not feel very welcomed and although there were 5 employees there they disregarded my questions and were not helpful

  Happy holiday shopping! I walked in and was warmly greeted upon arrival. The collection was gorgeous. I wanted everything. The collection felt fresh and classic. They also had fun pieces which is a nice touch. The colours and silhouettes were gorgeous. Team was very helpful and did a great job with suggestive selling while listening to my wants and needs. I left super happy with 5 pieces.

  My father and I received a very warm and sincere welcome upon entering the Newbury store today. We were immediately offered refreshments and shown the scarfs we requested. Our purchase was beautifully gift wrapped at no charge and we have no doubt we will return to the store again in the near future.

  My best impression was the Longchamp sale representative as soon as I entered the store. They welcomed me with sincerely smile and offered some choices of beverages. Then they tried to show any items that I wished to have a look. Although I didn’t find anything I liked in the store, I would definitely go back again if I happen to be in Boston next time!! Appreciate your warm hospitality ❤️
