  I recently visited the store with my friend to pick up a necklace and bracelet she had ordered, and once again, we had an incredible experience with Sophia! As soon as we sat down, she warmly offered us drinks and chocolates. She then helped my friend try on the bracelet and necklace to see if any adjustments were needed. Even though I didn’t ask, Sophia kindly offered to clean the bracelets I was wearing, since they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. While packing up my friend’s order, she thoughtfully reminded us to take a look at the turquoise pieces on display. Her passion and knowledge about the brand truly shine through in everything she does. Before we left, Sophia even arranged the products and flowers beautifully so we could take photos. Since neither of us are great photographers, she took the initiative and used my friend’s phone to capture some lovely shots for her. On the way to the car, my friend said how much she appreciated Sophia’s service and that she hopes Sophia never leaves the store—she wants to come back to her for every future purchase. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: there may be many VCA stores in the world, but there’s only one Sophia. If you're looking for an exceptional shopping experience, ask for her!

  I am reading the reviews and can understand why the negatives exist at this location. I agree with the customer reviews but also I had a pleasant time myself. The staff can be most definitely be more welcoming and not present themselves as sales but consultants. I overheard many customers conversations and must say, the situations can be handled better. Have the security staff smile too to make everyone at ease. I really enjoyed my time with Angela! She was extremely knowledgable and very patient. Perhaps other sales associates just want to close the sale and move on, but I did not get this vibe from her. I could be wrong since the purchased was already completed by a different sales associate, hoping she will get be awarded as well. Thank you Angela for making this experience comfortable and pleasant, I wil definitely make a request for you on my next visit.

  This boutique is exemplary. We were greeted by the staff upon our entry and were immediately asked if we needed any help with what we were looking for. Our whole purpose was to see the Poetry Of Time wristwatch, and it was on display before we stepped foot in the boutique. This was my first time in this Van Cleef & Arpels in Boston, so we weren’t sure what to expect. I believe it was Sophia who helped us locate an Alhambra motif that my friend was interested in. Instead of following us around, the staff allowed us to gaze their display and engage in conversation within the store. I was wearing my Guilloché necklace pendant from the 2020 Holiday Collection, and was flattered by another staff member’s acknowledgement. This store has a wide variety of Van Cleef jewelry and features pieces that I’ve never even heard of. Thank you, VCA of Boston for the amazing experience, and we’ll be sure to return again soon!
