    Tiffany is a great company. Their diamonds and precious metals are also some of the best in the industry. Yes, jewelry is also fragile. Perhaps there should be more public information available of what not to do with diamond rings or other precious metals. For example, pool chlorin, sweating, and even cleaning products can destroy precious metals and cause diamonds to loosen. Don't blame Tiffany and Company for something they were not responsible for. Their craftsmanship is among the best.

    I went into the store yesterday as the enamel on a bracelet I have had for years became discoloured. I was concerned about waiting to have it cleaned/repaired as I am only in Boston for the weekend. I cannot commend Albert enough, he was so helpful and friendly, and willing to resolve the issue for me as soon as possible. Thankfully he was able to clean it for me himself so I did not have to wait, he is clearly very knowledgeable about the jewellery and its care. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if i could. I do find that in luxury stores such as this I am not taken seriously as a young person, though this could not have been further from reality. Thank you again to everyone who was in yesterday and helped me!

    Super customer service in the Copley Boston location. Exceptional service by Guillaume Rousseau. Ask for him if you shop at this location. His friendly and knowledgeable interaction makes your shopping experience extra-special.

    I cannot stress enough how this brand is not worth the premium price you need to pay for it. I don’t buy expensive things ever but decided to purchase an engagement ring from Tiffany’s back in 2021 for my soon to be wife. She ultimately never wore it in the shower, in a pool, doing any strenuous tasks, and took it off before bed every night. Brought it in for regular cleanings as well. Just 4+ years later, the ring fails and the diamond falls out and is lost. Obviously, she’s devastated. So we bring it into the store to talk to them about it and meet with Maria K. Her response to make us feel better? “It could be worse”. Sure…..a meteor could plummet from the sky, killing me as I watch tv. I’ll give you that. But specifically pertaining to the ring, how again could it be worse? Your premium platinum product failed with average usage, causing the most valuable part of the ring to be lost So Maria, I ask, how again could this be worse? Not sure why that was your go to solution. Come to find out the prongs worn out and failed. In 4 years. With a Tiffany ring. I would expect that from mall jewelry stores, but my apologies to them, their product last longer than yours at a fraction of the price. Please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for jewelry. The price you pay is not worth it. Their customer service solutions are poor at best. And you’ll only be left disappointed. The woman/men/whomever in your lives deserve better
