I stopped here last year on my birthday and bought myself a bracelet. Within a month, the bracelet broke. I did not have a good experience when trying to get it fixed at the Indianapolis location. So after that, I had no interest in shopping at Tiffany ever again if my quality jewelry broke so quickly and I was offered no help besides to pay 100’s of dollars to get it repaired. Jeanne at this location where I originally purchased the item was able to get me the assistance I needed, and the company even sent me a new bracelet in return. I appreciate this, and can’t wait to come back! :)

The staff was extremely unwelcoming and after reluctantly sizing her, did not offer to help us browse. While we were still browsing, the tall woman with light brown hair said “goodbye have a good day”. It was extremely rude and I believe it was due to the idea we did not look like the typical demographic for the store. This was a very uncomfortable experience and I urge anyone to take business to a different location.
