  Absolutely terrible experience. The worst Tiffany that my partner and I went to. I went in to get my ring resized and the staff was so obnoxious and wouldn’t even let me try on a bigger size. We left feeling disheartened and disappointed. My partner then booked an appointment to view another bracelet, only to get there and be rudely notified that they SOLD it to somebody else. No apology whatsoever and blamed him for not putting a deposit on it, when in reality the appointment was set up days in advance. The staff have been consistently unfriendly and rude, definitely won’t be purchasing any Tiffany products or visiting this store soon.

  I wanted to take the time to make a review for this store because I’m pleased with my experience. I stopped here last year on my birthday and bought myself a bracelet. Within a month, the bracelet broke. I did not have a good experience when trying to get it fixed at the Indianapolis location. So after that, I had no interest in shopping at Tiffany ever again if my quality jewelry broke so quickly and I was offered no help besides to pay 100’s of dollars to get it repaired. Jeanne at this location where I originally purchased the item was able to get me the assistance I needed, and the company even sent me a new bracelet in return. I appreciate this, and can’t wait to come back! :)

  The staff is really friendly and the collection is also good. Not super big store, but you can order things in advance so that you don’t have to look around too much.

  This past weekend my fianceè and I booked an appointment at Tiffany to shop for our wedding bands and were assigned to a sales associate named Meng. I am very disappointed at how we were treated. She answered every question with a demeaning and condescending tone and made us feel small for asking basic questions. She was the epitome of the associate that gives designer associates a bad name and will not treat you with respect if you don't buy something immediately. Silly on her part because we were in and out of the store within 4 minutes because of how uncomfortable she made us and walked right across the street. We had a much better experience there. In the past I've had solid associates at Tiffany but associates like that will drive great business right out the door.

  Similar to other reviews this store is racist and dismissive. I was trying to look at some rings with two of my friends when all the sales associates refused to acknowledge us. We waited for 15-20 minutes while all other customers were addressed by the sales associates and no one would acknowledge us even when they walked right past us. They clearly do not care for minority consumers.
