After standing at the sales counter, directly in front of an employee waiting for her to notice I finally had to get her attention. After spending over $450 on 1 item, I would have expected that the employees would know more then just how to sell sunglasses. The sales girl was utterly clueless. She didn't know what the store's policies were. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM SUNGLASS HUT AGAIN.
