They were so personable & were helpful without being overbearing. Love this type of customer service, you rarely get it in today's retail environment.

They opened the store early for us to have a private event, and Nick and Dina (manager and assistant manager) did such a fabulous job communicating with us, being responsive, etc. they prepared the store for us in advance and were extremely accommodating. Honestly I can’t say enough positive things about the way this store is run. We received raving feedback from our attendees post-event, thanks to the excellent coordination and hosting by the store management. The store is in an excellent location with many other shops and restaurants nearby as well. Thanks for such a great experience, you have a customer for life!

No interest in answering questions or assisting—just a pushy vibe that screamed “I don’t care.” Steer clear of this guy; he’s a textbook example of terrible customer service. Find a different sunglass hut to shop at he’s AWFUL!

He was so rude and pushy he thrown some shady comments about me returning the sunglasses that i had got online making me feel like I'm there to beg him lol. I saw a lot of people had the same experience with this guy! such a shame that he still have the job. definitely will not shop at sunglasses hut anymore.
