Walking into Saint Laurent at Copley Place, the first thing you notice is how composed everything feels. It's sleek and confident without trying too hard, which is very on brand. I was greeted almost immediately, but the staff had a good read on the room. They didn't hover or rush over, they just made themselves available in a way that felt natural and easy to approach when I was ready.

Purchased directly from YSL Beauty during Black Friday and received a partially fulfilled order with no prior notice.
No email, no explanation.
After weeks of waiting, the customer service response was cold and impersonal, with no accountability or empathy.
For a luxury brand, this level of communication is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience.

Repeated Issues With Orders
I am very disappointed with this experience.
I placed my order during a promotion, waited specifically for the discount, completed the purchase successfully, and my card was charged. Only afterward did I discover that the order was canceled because the item was out of stock.
There was no clear or timely communication about the cancellation, which made the situation even more frustrating. Charging a customer and then canceling the order is not what I expect from a luxury brand like YSL.
This is also the second issue I’ve had with YSL. In my previous order, I received the wrong product. Although the correct item was eventually sent, I still had to pay out of pocket at the post office to retrieve it.
The cancellation was not my decision, yet I lost the opportunity to purchase the item at the promotional price. These repeated issues have caused unnecessary frustration and have significantly impacted my trust in the brand.
