But Saint Laurent was different. The customer service was incredible, and they treated us with genuine respect from the moment we walked in. Easily the best experience we had that day.

I was greeted by Grace who asked if I was looking for something specific, when I told her it was my first time buying a designer bag, she helped talk me through all of my options and the pros and cons to each bag with my style. Her honesty, intentionality and care was next level. She didn’t make it just a purchase, she made it an experience. Next time I’m in Boston, I’ll be back to see Grace!!!
