  I'm extremely disappointed with my Rimowa experience. Before purchasing my suitcase, the sales agent enthusiastically assured me that any airline damage would be easy to get fixed. This was a major selling point for such a high-ticket item, and I felt confident in my investment. Unfortunately, when an airline damaged the leather handle on my suitcase, I returned to the store only to be told they only cover mechanical damages—not cosmetic ones. This critical detail was never mentioned during my purchase, and I feel completely misled. For a luxury brand at this price point, I expected both transparency and comprehensive after-sales support. Instead, I'm left with a damaged suitcase and the feeling that I was duped by a sales pitch that didn't align with the actual warranty terms. This experience has been unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I will not be purchasing from Rimowa again and cannot recommend this brand to others based on how this situation was handled.

  I made an appointment for the store to look at damages to my suitcase and completely forgot my bag was still under limited warranty. I had no idea what to expect and if I had to pay out of pocket for some of the damages. Dengi gave me several amazing options and I was able to upgrade my suitcase to have the new unlimited warranty. I live in Atlanta, but will only be coming to Boston for future purchases and repairs. Thank you again Dengi for the amazing service and assistance!

  Five stars all the way! Great customer service! My 10-year-old Rimowa started to have some dragging issue. The store repaired and applied lubricants within 5 minutes. My bag is now working like new! Thank you and keep up your great work!

  Great customer service at RIMOWA Boston. I visited this store to inquire about a minor issue with the backpack I bought from the RIMOWA store in Turkey last year. After I showed them the receipt, they replaced my bag with a new one under warranty. All the people in the store were extremely helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

  Amazing service at RIMOWA Boston! They repaired my carry-on handle in 20 minutes and even replaced my old internal dividers without me asking. Truly 10/10 for RIMOWA Boston — and 0/10 for Delta for ruining my bag in the first place!
