I was happy to live w it all scratched and now it opens on the carousel despite being locked. Happened twice on same trip. Staff says « oh we can fix the lock ». This never ever happened w any other much cheaper bag. My friends make fun of me for having bought this poor quality and so expensive bag. Another customer had same issue while at the store.
