  Extremely frustrating experience. The store hours say they close at 9:00 PM, and we even called ahead to confirm. Last time we visited, the employee closed at 7:30 PM despite the posted hours. Today, we arrived to exchange glasses and found a note saying they would return at 8:45 PM—just 15 minutes before closing. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since it was my last day to make the exchange.

  During Christmas week, on the 18th, I arrived at 8:20 p.m. to buy some gifts and the store was closed. I made the trip for nothing, since on Google it says the store closes at 9:00 p.m.

  Literally, shout out to David the representative who solved my issue, which took an hour and a 3 way call to Ray Ban corporate. By being patience and determined, he resolved my issue by literally just caring about the customer. Rayban Corporate, if you want us to keep spending money at retail, take care of retail customers. David and the manager Jason each of you are amazing thank you!
