Not sure what the last reviews was talking about but there was no "covid" rope and the staff was amazing! Very helpful and welcoming and most importantly, I received superb recommendations from my stylist. McQueen at Copley is a must if you're ever in Boston, A+++

- HHH HJul 14, 20251.0I have been a long time customer of Alexander McQueen and have visited their stores all over the world. The Boston store inside Copley Place is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The store has had a stanchion and rope at its front door since Covid. The sales people are absolutely uninterested in welcoming anyone to the store and keep the barrier up even when the store is empty. No other store in the mall is doing the same. I suggest someone from management actually visit this store. Once inside the guest service is foul, the employees have a scowl on their face and clearly don't want anyone visiting. To top it all off when asked why they are still doing this, the sales person replied on the lines of "we are exclusive, COVID, its our policy..." The largest joke was the one sales person who stands closer to the front of the store and always pretends to be busy. Horrible experience.
