Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I mentioned at the dressing room that I'd never been in a Lululemon store before and that it was my birthday and she must have shared with the staff privately with each other on the walkies and got me a birthday card and brought it to me while I was shopping they helped me pick out the cutest outfit and gifted me something for my birthday it was an experience that I'll remember for a lifetime in a period of my life where I have struggeld to be viewed and take up space. When I'm in town on Newbury Street I will never not stop in and buy something and say hello to the beautiful women that operate it.

The pair I bought online was too long so I was able to get it to this store and get it hemmed. If you have an Amex platinum card make sure to take advantage of your $75 credit each quarter or use it to buy your partner a nice gift 🎁. Thanks!
- ACAllie ConwellSep 9, 20251.0I shop this store a lot but my experience today was unlike anything else. I walked in and three associates were sitting on the tables/drawers and unwilling to help. I was struggling to find my size and at no point did anyone greet me or offer to help. After I walked in, they did greet a few other customers at bare minimum. I had an exchange with me and was wearing all lulu so I’m fully understanding the snub and lack of help. I was looking for run shorts and unable to find my size, I did try waving down one of the girls seated on the drawer with no success. I ultimately completed my exchange but nothing fit properly and I’ll need to go back - to prudential this time. Overall very unwelcoming and the most unpleasant experience I’ve had after shopping this store for years.
