    This was one of the only Louis Vuitton’s I’ve walked into and didn’t feel instantly judged. Most of them have employees who seem lifeless and bored of their jobs. They also treat you as if they’re the designer and expect you to be too broke to afford anything. I love the surprise on their faces when I give my sale to a deserving sales agent. However, this one had a man working who greeted me with a smile and was quick to get me what I needed. I turned in my wallet for a repair and asked another sales agent about some shoes. I had also asked her about a belt but she was one of those lifeless employees and took away any excitement I had for them. She passed off my shoe request to the original man I was working with, seeming as if she didn’t expect me to buy them. So, after they so kindly helped me find my size, I took that information to Gucci and bought shoes there. Please be better with who you hire LV, it’s a really bad look for your brand.

    I will never step foot in another Louis Vuitton store. The service is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They are beyond friendly and helpful! Laura was an amazing salesperson and I will most definitely contact her for all purchases going forward! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

    I visited the LV store at the Saks 5th Avenue in Boston @Boylston Street... must say that it’s been one of the most happy experiences! Besides the fact that LV is my most loved brand of luxury goods for myself and my husband... the service at all their stores is always delightful. This store was no different! Right from the warm welcome from the manager Vanessa who was so helpful in showing me whatever I wanted to see... to then Bianca and Andrea taking over and doing a fabulous service as well. Their politeness and warmth was exceptional indeed. All in all a great experience! I would definitely recommend this store very highly if you are a fan of the brand like we are!
