  One of the worst interactions I have ever had! The staff were extremely rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience to them, and would not help you find the right item at all! As soon as we walked in, not one person acknowledged us, even though they weren’t busy. Our SA Marcus or whatever his name is, seemed so uninterested to help. He was so busy targeting a young, well dressed couple, rather than helping us find what we’re looking for. I literally had to ask him to bring out some bags to show us rather than just us picking from the display. I was super close to go off on him but I tried my best to keep it professional. Best spot there is was FENDI with Juan. That’s where your money should go!!!

  My visit to Louis Vuitton Copley this past Saturday was rushed, unprofessional, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I went in to buy my first LV wallet and look at a few bags, but the staff were unwelcoming from the start. The greeters barely acknowledged me, and the associate helping me seemed annoyed, distracted by his phone, and careless with the items. When I wanted to see another bag I was considering purchasing, I had to track him down and felt like an inconvenience. The poor service made me decide not to buy anything else, even though I’d planned to purchase another bag and pair of shoes. The experience felt so uncomfortable that I don’t plan to return to this location- or possibly to LV at all.

  I visited the store to purchase a card holder. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted. Elaine, a delightful lady, assisted me with my purchase. If you ever visit that store, please ask for her. You’ll experience exceptional service firsthand.

  Beautiful store and amazing customer service! However, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the security guard. He followed me around the store and kept watching me closely, even though the store was very busy. It made me feel really uneasy and unwelcome. Sadly will not come back anymore

  My fiancé and I were on a trip to Boston and decided to get a bag for my birthday. Neither of us have even been to a LV so the whole experiences was new to us. Michael was our client advisor and was a true gem. He was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I ultimately went with the bag that he suggested because it was not only beautiful but it fit exactly what I was wanting. Michael also told us all the background on what made the bag special and the lore really made the bag even more interesting. Truly a lovely experience because of him. Definitely recommend requesting him if you can!
